    Sessions will help you develop a better understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs. You will become more aware of your behaviours, attitudes, and emotions, which are responsible for your day-to-day wellbeing

    You will improve your ability to recognise, understand, and manage your emotions, as well as the emotions of others. I will offer guidance on how to regulate your emotions, communicate effectively, and build positive relationships
  • Mindfulness
    You will develop a mindfulness practice, which will allow you to be fully present and aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. I will offer you a guidance on how to cultivate mindfulness through meditation, breathing exercises, and other techniques
  • Goal-Setting
    Sessions will help you to set and achieve personal goals. You will identify your priorities, create a plan of action, and provide support and accountability
  • Time Management
    You will improve your time management skills, which will lead to greater productivity, less stress, and more personal satisfaction. We will discuss tips and strategies for prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and avoiding distractions
